The interview process was fairly informal. The interview was with the same person who trains the agents so he has extensive knowledge of what an ideal agent looks like, sounds like, and knows. It was in a restaurant in the same area that all of the weekly and monthly meetings are located so the interview was a little more complicated considering he was hard to hear. He asks a few basic questions and at the end he lets you know if you are a good fit for the company or not.

Entrevista
Very friendly and casual. No technical questions, just personality based. I'm pretty sure everyone who interviews with a happy smile is accepted. We talked about myself and the casual questions such as what are you majoring in, year, etc
