After meeting with the hiring manager, I was asked to complete a paid project, for which I received a $50 Amazon gift card in return. In all, the project was quite comprehensive and took me around 3-4 hours to complete. I have been interviewing a lot, which means I've done a lot of projects. While I appreciate this one was paid, I do get the sense it could be a content farming opportunity.
