Communications were good. Interview was fairly complete. Salary and bonus as well as benefits we clearly defined and explained. Job descriptions and duties were clearly outlined. Seemed machine like and not to much causal conversation. Work hours could be long and tedious at times. No vacations in December.

It was a standard interview process where I talked to the hiring manager, and he was impressed by my knowledge and presentation.
