A standard interview process for this role. The turning of events were interesting in the presentation stage of the interview process with the CEO and David Crook. I feel a better communication process needs to be established both internally and externally. I was scheduled for a video interview with the CEO and David in Toronto office - twice. Both the times I was not sent the assignment- so the interview never actually happened, we had to cancel or attempted to reschedule both times. I had a brief conversation with the CEO on LinkedIn and he assured me someone will get back to me and reschedule - since he was traveling at the time he notified someone. I never heard back, there was total silence between early March 2019 up to mid May 2019 when I expressed in an email to the recruiter that I was not impressed by the hiring process, the business needs to respect the time candidates put in during an interview to learn, prepare, and show up for an interview. The recruiter responded back and asked for a short phone call, on which I was notified the position is on hold indefinitely and they are hiring for some other roles. This is not against the organization or the product. I truly believed in the product but I believe everything happens for a good reason. I wish the company great success and I am here sharing my experience with other candidates who are looking to learn about interview experiences with LoginRadius.

A series of 3 Skype interviews with Rahesk and Deepak over roughly 2.5 weeks after initial screening conversation with 3rd party recruiter. Roughly 4 week process in total. They contacted references, provided an offer, then voided the offer 24 hours later once they decided that investing in Toronto market was not a direction they wanted to go in.
