The interview process was very straight forward and clear. During the process the communication with HR and the team was objective and friendly, they were open to any question and doubt. Since the first contact it was explained all the steps related to the hiring process which made things more clear. I really liked the idea of a challenge that they gave me to complete in 5 days. It was a nice way to show my knowledge in a fair way. The whole process had 3 interviews and took around a month between the first contact and first day of work which was a great time. The company's culture is very nice and the communication is pretty clear. Definitely the best hiring process I've ever participated.

Processo de entrevista começa com uma entrevista com HR em inglês, depois tem um teste técnico, avaliação do teste técnico e por ultimo uma entrevista cultural. Podem acontecer mais entrevistas se a empresa entender que é preciso ou se você como candidato tiver mais dúvidas.
