Liveli sent me an email stating that they would be calling me with a specific time and date. We had a phone interview that occurred two days after I applied online. The interview was brief, but it went well. I liked that they emailed me to inform me of when they would be calling. There was a two hour, I believe, timeframe that they would call me during. The time worked for my schedule and they did call. However, I answered and there was no one there. Then, they called after the scheduled time, but I was okay with that and we talked. They were kind enough to apologize for not calling during the scheduled time. I told them that they did call, but when I said hello, there was no answer. I also liked that they gave me the number that would be calling me, so I knew to answer that call.
