I sent over my CV and cover note to the contact email on website and have a discussion over email. I then had a first interview with Holly who was great at explaining the culture and what the role would be like. It was good have such a candid cpnversation. I then did a few taks over the course of a week. A plan for my first 90 days, proofing a report and some writing.
