I applied online and was offered a 30 minute phone screening interview. I then had a 30 minute zoom interview covering my experience and the role, followed by a skills test, a further 30 minute zoom interview with some customer scenario questions. Unfortunately on this occasion I was not the successful candidate, but I cannot emphasise enough how much I enjoyed Litmus’s hiring process. Contrary to a recent review, my communication with every team member was nothing short of kind and considerate; Litmus’s key values were upheld and demonstrated throughout the process and I would encourage anyone to pursue a career with this company.
