Entrevista
Was a 3 interview process ; Screening > Manager > Director of Department
Screening Interview was normal, asked why you wanted the role, what interests you, whats your background, what the compensation you are looking for.
Manager got to know you, asks mostly STAR type questions, nothing too crazy
An assessment was given after this, then a Personality Assessment
Director asked more technical background questions, what type of programming you've done, how familiar you are with certain languages back end and front end programming.
