It was difficult for me and I have a university degree in English. I wish I had looked at the interview comments on here before going because then I would have been able to study for the logics test. I have never taken a test like that before and it threw me off. I also had a hard time concentrating because there were kids playing ball on the stairs outside the interview room open door and then the other two interviewees finished and were talking outside the door to the manager. a quiet place to take the test would have been helpful. The first part of the interview process was a spelling test, which has some easy words and some hard words. see other interviewers comments on this website for some examples of the words.The second part of the test was the logics test. Totally bombed that and ran out of time. My self-esteem is crushed. That test made me feel extremely stupid. I wish I had never gone to the interview now. Besides those two tests there was a short video and that was the entire interview.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
