You are given different scenarios, and you say how you would handle them. You are interviewed by a Department Head first, and then you are interviewed by the General Manager. The scenarios aren't terribly difficult...they're mostly common sense. The General Manager wants you to have the company mission and some other things memorized by the time you have that interview (don't worry, you usually have a day or two in between and it's easy to memorize).

A few questions about childcare experience and managing conflict at work. They also asked about managing interactions with clients and customer service. The questions were fairly easy and relaxed. Not really that much to say about the interview process. It was pretty easy, but I did have an advantage, seeing that a friend was already working there and put in a good word for me.
