You interview with department head or asst department head of child center first. If they like you they pass you on to the general manager. You have to memorize the mission statement by the time of your interview with general manager. You have to write mission statement on a piece of paper at beginning of interview. If you get it wrong, the interview is over. If it's right, interview continues. They let you know that day if you have the job.

A few questions about childcare experience and managing conflict at work. They also asked about managing interactions with clients and customer service. The questions were fairly easy and relaxed. Not really that much to say about the interview process. It was pretty easy, but I did have an advantage, seeing that a friend was already working there and put in a good word for me.
