I applied for Life Cafe team member position, received an interview letter via email the very next day. They scheduled my interview according to my availability. When I went there the department manager interviewed me. She was neither friendly nor arrogant. Interview lasted for about 10 mins.

Applied online and heard back less than a week to then attend a hiring fair to be interviewed first come first serve. Arrived and signed into a sheet with others on the list to check in. I was given a paper to write basic info and it had interview questions on the back. Manager was super quick and easy to talk to! Only had one interview and the process took over a month. Just practice situational questions and respond in a clear and upbeat/friendly manner and you'll get the job!

the hiring process is rigorous but weeds out the workers that arent right for the company , after working here for two weeks the workers are so kind so helpful everyone is amazing.

It is a basic behavioral interview. It's not too formal. Just look put together and you'll be fine. There are two interviews. One with the manager and then one with the general manager of the gym.
