Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Took around 2 weeks from start to finish. applied online then did an assessment, invited to take part in store interview with store manager and area manager and then a trial shift.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
