I would describe the interview Tedious, it's a 3 steps process you first speak solo with the team leader, next with customer service director and then to regional sales director and they only focus on how would you work in a team. What's a waste of time they don't even tell you about the work and your function I am glad I did not decide to work there the atmosphere seems shady..
