I filled out an application online and in a week they offered me times to interview. It was a group interview and was not the most professional process. It was conducted on Microsoft teams, and they did not say how many people would be in the interview other than the representatives. It was five questions each person answers in a different order. The questions were general interview questions they don't seem to what to get to know you personally. Apparently they hire for this position often and it is a call center job. The title is kind of deceiving, you would not be assigned students they would just call in when they have issues. I will also say for an entry level job the other candidates were not entry level.
