Completed an application, then proceeded to do an on-demand interview where recorded answers to interview questions via their web service. After the on-demand interview I was selected for the first on-site interview and then a week later I was invited for the final on-onsite interview with the vice-presidents. I was also able to meet the other applicants and get a tour of the facility.
