I had my first round which went well They gave me application to test In 2nd round it's more into technical concepts Will be asking manual and automation questions. It not difficult if we have hand on the testing process

Long and unmanaged interview process has been conducted by the company. I had appeared for interview first time on Oct 2020. I have cleared first, 2nd rounds Now i need to appear for 3rd round.. What happened? Interviewers didn't appear for the interview process. It happened for not only 1-2 times but it has been happened for 4 time. Worst interview process by the company. After 2-3 weeks HR called and then said Sorry for delay and please let me know your availability for next round i asked is that general round. She said yes. I was like okay cool and i have appeared for the same on next day. Now, i was in state to give general discussion but company did bluff interviewer asking for technical questions. I had to interrupt in between the call to confirm is this technical or general discussion round. Interviewer said- This is technical round and i was like Hr told me for General and Interviewer was- I have no idea regarding the same.... No worries.. I have cleared this round too... Gave general round on next day.. I have given my round and after 1 day i am getting a mail from HR that your candidature is not fit for current role..... This totally waste of time and efforts. Don't know what company was trying to do..
