I submitted my application online and heard probably within a week by a recruiter. She told me that there were some opportunities available and that I’d have to take a couple of tests to prove my English and foreign language proficiencies. The English test was online and just showing a basic ability to correct grammar and use correct punctuation. The foreign language test was about a day long and was translating various text from the foreign language into English. If you have a clearance you will be treated much better. I did not, and was not compensated for any time or told much of anything about the position. The point of contact that I spoke to after determining that I passed the exam (like 3 months later!!?) said that all pertinent job information was provided to me by my recruiter, which was not the case. He was pretty lazy in answering any follow on questions.
