The interview was conducted online via MS TEAMS by the company's Regional IT Manager and a HR representative. When the online meeting started, both the Regional IT Manager and HR representative's camera were not available given the reason faulty camera and wanted my camera to be on so they can see me. This is very disrespectful and disappointed, and I informed both the interviewers I am not pursuing this job role with the company. In addition, before this online interview, my job application status in JobStreet SG portal was updated to "Unlikely to Progress" on 3rd December 2025 but on 15th December 2025, the company HR still emailed me to submit a job application form and attend this online interview on 17th December 2025.
