Stage 2: Manager/Supervisor Interview: This is often a more in-depth conversation, either by video call or in person, with the hiring manager or a project lead. This is where you'll face a mix of more detailed behavioral and situational questions. Stellar process, very engaged and got to meet the whole team. Interview lasted 3 sessions, each better than the previous. Overall one of the better interactive interviews I have had.

Presented at my school, asked to submit resumes for project coordinator position. Contacted potential candidates for interview within 2 days. The interview was 15min long and was primarily personality match based. Little technical questions asked, mostly why you are interested in pursuing this type of career and questions to see what you are like and if you would fit with company culture.
