Awful. The recruiter that called seemed like he was in a rush and uninterested in everything I said from the start. He asked me about my monthly goals and when I gave him a thorough explanation, he replied with a bunch of random numbers as if he was never paying attention. The recruiter never asked about my sales training or how I managed to elevate myself. He then told me I had no Sandler experience which is why he didn’t think I was a good fit for the role. I then told him I have 3+years of Sandler and I was happy to walk him through my sales training. The entire interview get extremely rushed and discouraging.
Interview was quite straight forward, with 4 steps and first one being HR , then Sales Manager and Director of Sales. The interviewer was evaluating whether you have the right combination of skills, experience, and mindset to succeed in a sales role.
