The interview process was a overall a positive experience. There were some kinks in the process, but honestly, I expected worse from a startup. In fact, this attracted me to help promote myself as someone, who if hired, can help improve the hiring process. The interview panel was very friendly, professional, diverse, and were able to answer all of my questions.
