Just basic questions about your current job roles & responsibilities, some situation based, etc.
There can't be anything technical as this role doesn't required any technical knowledge. Best for people coming for L1 support or BPO.
If your coming from Production Support etc where you use Database or Scripting etc, don't come here. You lose all your skills.

Firstly there would be HR round followed by a technical round from the respective department seniors, if you qualify there would be another round with BU head. In all the rounds you will find friendly interviewer who would clam you if you are scared or sweating.

Where I have more than 3 yrs experience , wonder I had to gone through online test like a
Fresher , HR says it's a behavioural Test its not actually, it consists high level graphical questions like Nvodayaa test along with numeric and verbal ability. If you clear then only you will be called for so called TECHNICAL Round. But it is not really technical .
Th e two gentle man's taken my complete product demonstration of my current company and asked no technical questions if they asked to write at least a SQL select syntax I would be happy.
And then asked how many tickets you will resolving in day. What is it explain
And couple of scenarios email communication I had to write on the paper.
In the whole drama on what basis they are judging candidates didn't understand either me and my colleague attended.
We both rejected with a decent email communication, Where we are holding couple of offers are not dump... You now what I mean.
Advice to HR management : For product/Application support profile
You should ask questions on a web server,SQL queries , UI debugging , SQL debugging, infra questions on http TCP windows server /UNIX, ITIL process. , Architectures of 3 tier etc...
This is what any product based company asks when I attended and when I had taken interview.
Don't call your self a product based company by occupying the latest style of workplace and using the MacBook Pro .
