Was asked to come in for a face to face interview after reaching out to recruiter. Straightforward. Very serious. Not a whole lot of connection with the management team, seemed a bit rigid and lacking in friendliness.

Had an in-store interview with the store manager and it went very well. Overall it was easy and focused more on my personality and experience rather than technical questions about fragrances, whether I would be a good fit for the team in these aspects. It lasted about 45/50 minutes.
