The experience felt a bit disorganized overall — I wasn’t notified until about 20 minutes after our scheduled conversation that the recruiter wouldn’t be able to make it that day, so I rescheduled for the next morning, and the recruiter was 15 minutes late again. The conversation was brief with only a few basic questions. The process made me realize that the level of communication and respect for candidates’ time wasn’t what I’m looking for, so the role ultimately didn’t feel like the right fit.
