I got contacted for one interview which was extremely unprofessional. The interviewer did not turn on their camera and did not indicate that I could turn mine off. The questions were not really related to my job and experience. They ghosted me after the interview and upon a follow-up after I had been recommended to apply again, let me know they had gone a different direction.
