The head HR recruiter calls and interviews you before setting up an interview with the regional manager. My regional manager interview was pretty one sided. They are only interested if you can sell. This is a sales job and you have to make outbound calls. The PCC job title is definitely misleading. The interviewer was more interested in finding out who I interacted with at my local Laseraway and how they performed on me as a client.
I was ghosted after my second interview. However, I get the vibe that the company has a very bad culture and is not interested in doing what is best for the patient. I will decline if I get the job offer, especially after reading all the negative reviews.
Very thorough overview of the company and detail oriented communication to share who thrives in this company. As a PCC with an esthetician background I am excited to see how I can learn and grow my career through Laser Away!

Smooth interview! Only took about a week to finish the entire process. The hiring team were kind and very knowledgeable. From start to finish, the communication was seamless. Excited to meet the rest of the team!
