Easy, fast and clear. Applied online, got contacted by HR within a week, had the first interview with the HR on the phone, then had my second interview a week later at the NYC office. i got a job offer a week later.

1st round with HR over a call introduction, interests, information when and where to start.
2nd round with PM and associate in person.
Both were not technical questions, rather more personal background and interests.

Thorough and well thought out interview process. You typically get to meet with everyone you will directly be working with, from executive level to management level to staff level. Engaging and informative.

I was contacted for the interview 2 months after my initial application. I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a screening interview with HR, and the next two were interviews with senior staff and project managers.
