After the phone screening, candidates are contacted by HR on Zalo, asked to join a Zalo group and then invited to the training rounds. I remember there were 3 interviews. The HR team was really nice. However, I'm not a fan of the trainings. What we did to pass those rounds was filming ourselves delivering demo lessons on a certain topic in IELTS. In my opinion, the requirements of the centre limit the teacher's own space for creativity since they ask for very specific type of delivery in terms of tone of voice, energy and teaching style.
