On-campus interview at my MBA program's campus interview suites. Land O'Lakes sent two interviewers for 30 minute back to back interviews. The interview was behavioral (no cases at all, no technical information whatsoever) and the interviewers were very friendly and genuinely interested in every story that I was bringing in from past experience. I did not advance to the second round of interviews, but was told that the second round involved the company flying you up to Minneapolis for an on-site interview in which you would also meet many of the employees of the company.
