2 interviews - 1st was with car manager and csr supervisor, 2nd interview with hr and gm. I talked about my experience in customer service and sales. I was asked if I would be ok transitioning from outside sales to inside customer service. I said I was looking for 3 things- job close to home, good benefits and product I was familiar with.
