I applied to Covance online and received an email to schedule a phone screening, which I received a week later. Phone screening took about half an hour, and I was told about the position in general and asked a few simple questions about education, experience, future goals, etc. About a week later, I was told to schedule a video screening, where I was interviewed for about half an hour, and was told more about the position and what I could bring to the company. A couple weeks later, I went in for a more formal interview, which took about 2 hours, where I answered more situational questions and was given a tour of the lab. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be accepting the offer.
