The interview process was great! I received a call within 1 day of applying for the role. Calls were set up pretty quickly and next steps were decided within 24 hours. I did interview in December so there were a few delays due to the Holidays, but that is to be expected. Timeline: Recruiter screen Discussion with Director and Sr. Manager Onsite presentation/mock EBR (leaders) and panel interviews with CSM team Verbal offer My recruiter Aleen kept me informed during the entire process and was great at keeping me prepared and excited to join LVT. This was one of the best interview process I have been through. I did spend a lot of time learning about the company/products/customer and prepared for my presentation which gave me the confidence when presenting.
