The interview process with LVT was one of the most organized and straightforward interviews I’ve ever had. From my first communication with the recruiter I was working with, Elena, through receiving a job offer, I had consistent communication with LVT. I was never left guessing next steps, what was needed from me, or what to expect at an interview. Everyone I met during the interview process was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the company. After a phone interview, I was schedule to come into the office to interview with the hiring manager. When I showed up at the office, my recruiter was in the lobby to greet me and introduce me to the hiring manager. About a week later, I met with two department heads and the CFO (side note, I think it’s very impressive that the CFO made time to interview me). Less than a week later, I received and accepted a job offer!
