Warm welcome, comfortable environment. Made it feel like more of a chit-chat rather than an aggressive interview. Lasted roughly 15-20 minutes with role related questions. Take you seriously even if you're not their ideal fit for the role

I completed an application on their website and was invited to a video interview over zoom. The interview was arranged pretty quickly and my offer was within 3 days. They sent an email but also called as well.
