First you clear the online oa round in whic there are different section like technical related and apptitude,verbal if you shortlisted the you are able to give tr, if pass in tr round then you give hr round.

I had answered all the questions and interviewer was satisified with the coded solution for the questions. Still got rejection mail. There's no transaprenncy at all. Even if your interview goes well, there is no interview that u will get selected.
