They do a very good job with interviews. I first had a phone conversation with an HR rep who explained the position and told me about the company. I then had a phone interview with the manager I would be working with. This interview helped flesh out the job requriements. After this I went into the office and met with various people from different sections. This gave a clear understanding of how the company functions and each of the different departments.
very nice interviewer. asked simple questions about previous experience and why lrw would be a good fit for me and what i could bring to the table pretty much. also asked preferred office location.

Entrevista
The interview process lasts very long. It was about a two month process. First a phone interview and then a written and math test. Then I interviewed in-person with 3 different employees at different levels. I was then asked to participate in a 2 skype interviews with higher up supervisors. It then took about 1 month for them to get back to me.

Entrevista
I had applied online, and received a call from Amy to schedule an interview. She first conducted a phone interview and then we scheduled a one on one. I had to take a skills test and personality test. The mathematics section was a bit difficult for me. I did well on the test but did not have much experience with qualitative research so didn't get offered the position. I would advise people to review the qualitative and quantitative stats before going in for an interview.
