The process took too long (almost 2 months) and it included one virtual panel interview, an on-site panel interview, and a basic take-home challenge. A few days after the panel interview they called to give me an offer and I said yes but I would need a proper offer letter to review. They sent the 'offer letter' by email but it included nothing but the start date - no salary, benefits, perks, etc. They also required me to bring my own laptop to work (which is 100% onsite). I replied asking if they can provide the salary or more details in general and I received a vague reply to call first them first thing in the morning. From the interview questions to how the offer was handled, to requiring me to bring and use my own equipment in the office I couldn't help but feel like this was a scam. I sent a standard email declining the offer stating I don't feel comfortable about using my own things and not knowing the salary before accepting. They never followed up after that.
