During the group discussion (GD) round on EV adoption, I had a good experience with the interviewer and found the topic to be engaging and easy to discuss. The GD session lasted for approximately 20 minutes, providing ample time for everyone to express their thoughts and viewpoints. We began by defining what EV adoption meant and why it was an important topic. We discussed the current scenario of rising pollution levels, depleting fossil fuel resources, and the need for sustainable transportation alternatives. The group members shared various statistics and facts related to the growth of the electric vehicle industry and its potential benefits. The discussion then shifted towards the challenges and barriers to EV adoption. We talked about concerns such as limited charging infrastructure, high initial costs, range anxiety, and the need for more affordable models. It was interesting to hear different perspectives from the group, with some emphasizing the importance of government incentives and policies to encourage EV adoption, while others highlighted the role of technological advancements and market competition. As the discussion progressed, we delved into the advantages of EV adoption. We discussed the environmental benefits, such as reduced emissions and air pollution, as well as the potential for energy efficiency and renewable energy integration. The group members also talked about the cost savings associated with electric vehicles in the long run, considering factors like lower maintenance and fuel costs. In addition, we touched upon the social impact of EV adoption, including job creation in the green energy sector and the potential for a more sustainable future. Some group members shared personal experiences of owning or driving electric vehicles, providing valuable insights and firsthand accounts. Throughout the discussion, the interviewer facilitated the conversation, ensuring that everyone had an opportunity to participate and share their thoughts. They asked follow-up questions to encourage deeper exploration of certain aspects, promoting a well-rounded discussion.

Firstly, the aptitude round was there where questions were moderate and after that GD round came which was based on the current topics, and finally, the HR round which was moderate and quick. Surely, time depends upon your skills.
