Long but worth it. Many steps and sign ups. Overall they try to find the right employees who will be fit for the job. I appreciate the opportunity and hopefully will be able to grow a lot with the company.
Tons of "what would you do" questions and no way if telling how its going, they just say the store should be in touch. Be careful of the store you choose cause you can't transfer

Very simple interview process, straight forward. You simply go in tell them a little about yourself and then they ask you some questions from a sheet they have and they read you a bunch of things and that its if they talk about a drug test you're hired.

Was sent through 2 rounds of interviews with different managers before hiring. Fairly standard questions. They are pretty open to hiring most people since the store is constantly understaffed. They are surprisingly strict, however, I've met many people who choose to interview, but never hear back.
