I applied online. Then I had a phone interview the next day. Then I was asked to go to a job fair. In that interview I was questioned by two people separately then I was asked to get 4-7 references (which they actually check) then I was hired a week later after passing my drug test. In total it took about 2 weeks

They bring you to the store you will be potentially hired at, They bring you to the back in older stores or to an office in newer ones. They ask you several questions about how you help others and the community.

Pre screen, interview, and meeting for next steps once accepted. Super basic. Anyone with basic knowledge of interview process should do fine. Easy questions too. Drug test is required as well
Straightforward, typical guest service questions -- nothing out of the ordinary, pretty simple. Asked about prior work experience and volunteer experience as well. Friendly people, welcoming environment, nice coworkers at Kwik Trip
