Extremely unprofessional recruitment process! After multiple rounds, the company requested and contacted my professional references. This step traditionally signifies the final stage of hiring. However, after involving my professional network, they informed me that there was suddenly "another interview" required and change of job status. This is a massive breach of hiring etiquette. Not only is it a waste of the candidate’s time but it is incredibly disrespectful to the references who took the time to provide feedback. In the end, I’m glad I didn’t offer my talent to a company with such a severe lack of integrity and disorganized leadership. Save your time and your references' time: DO NOT APPLY!
