I was contacted soon after I sent in my application to Kroger's website. They asked me a couple of questions on the phone and said my interview was in two days. When I arrived to the interview it was very informal and he only asked me about my past work experience.

Don't know. The HR person set up the interview at 7:30 Thursday night for the following afternoon. I showed up. She did not. Didn't call. Didn't email. Didn't show up. Had some random person "interview" me. He didn't know my name, or the job or anything. Just asked questions on a sheet of paper and wrote down some answers.
