The interview process is not difficult. The manager is friendly and open to questions.
The process is fair. Each location is a little different due to location but they are always willing to give you an opportunity.

The whole process was very simple. First, I applied online. I was called the next day to set up an interview and, while doing so, was asked a couple of pre-interview questions. I went in on a Saturday for the in person interview, which was very laid back. The hiring manager asked about three questions, gave me a drug test on the spot, and had me fill out paperwork.

Wasn’t hard at all. Just be yourself. The company cares about you and they community. Great benefits starting out. Very straightforward about what they want, job requirements and what to expect.

It was quickly that i received a call back for interveiw. Group interveiw, if you revieced the job they would call you to a different room at the same time and ask you do you accept or decline.
