The interview process was rather quick and painless. I got the call within a few days after applying, and we scheduled it for the next day. It consisted of me, HR, and two managers. They mostly asked canned interview questions, but the interview itself lasted over an hour mainly because the conversation was going so well. I knew leaving that interview that Komatsu is where I wanted to be.
