1 day on the job training. I didn't get a lot of training in cashiers. They are heavily understaffed which leads to you working in different positions. It seemed very informal. It's retail they should be able to hire you on the spot. Then you fill out paperwork.

This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
