You can apply either online or by turning in an application. I met with the manager personally, then they called me and asked me if they could schedule me for an interview. It was a group interview with the manager and an assistant manager. They asked personality themed questions. The people who were most cheerful, open and talkative were hired within days of the initial interview.

Do you enjoy working with people or working alone?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
