Easy, group interview during holiday. Not hard, simple questions and a lot of fun during the interview process. Comfortable and professional. Answered back that same day with a job offer, so no time to wait for a call back.

If a customer asks for help, but you are with another customer what do you tell the customer that just walked up and needed help?
Just asked me who I was, if I was availible for hollidays and thats about it. It was a really plesant interview but very fast paced, make sure to get your first impression down pat.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
