After applying in person I was asked if I could interview later that day. Had a pleasant interview with the manager covering all the traditional customer service questions. Was also walked through the facilities and was explained about the general expectations of the position. The process was straight-forward and what one might except for a customer service position interview. I was also told I would be informed of their decision either way.
